About Us...

Not too long ago, I worked for a little company who shall remain nameless, but let’s just say that day and night were definitely equal in length while I was an employee at this establishment. I remember dreading having to go into work because I simply could not understand the balance of having to find all of my clients on my own and then train them around my floor shift schedule–which was intended to help me pick up clients during that time frame. When I finally did create a big enough client base, the company collected 70% of the cost of each session. I would constantly complain, I thought most of my managers were idiots, I had to compete with about 50-60 other trainers in a 25,000 square foot facility, and I was just plain miserable. Then one day I thought to myself, what if I walked out and took all of my clients with me. Better yet, what if I created a system where all trainers could earn the income that they deserve, and all they had to do was show up and provide a great session for the client. Trainer pay rates would be higher, they could focus strictly on client goals as apposed to floor shifts and attrition rates, and they could even continue to work with their clients at any training studio they liked. In fact, I would encourage all trainers to bring in as much business for themselves as possible. Soon enough I left this company, took all my clients with me–tripling my income, and got to work on my plan to Liberate all trainers and fitness professionals from the minimum wage pay structure of chain fitness facilities. If you are tired of doing all the work for a fraction of half the cost of each session, I encourage you to see just how loyal a following you have. If you are overambitious and want an even bigger following, We can help.

All we ask is that you be as honest as possible and as decent as possible. Please remember that although many of us have been through the trails and tribulations of the Fitness "Chain" Bureaucracy, we are all Professionals and should act as such.
